Teresa Lee

National President, UN Youth New Zealand

Teresa is a Chinese-Kiwi based in Tāmaki Makaurau. She is in her fifth year of studying a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Laws (Hons) at the University of Auckland.

She works three part-time jobs as an EY Consultant, Scovell & Co Legal Assistant and Auckland Theatre Company Marketing Intern. Outside of work, Teresa volunteers as the National President of UN Youth, the largest youth-for-youth organisation in Aotearoa. She proudly received a New Zealand Youth Award (Mahi Tahi Award), Waitematā Local Board Good Citizens Award (Children & Young People Award) and University of Auckland Clubs Award (President of the Year Award) for her UN Youth mahi.

Teresa is also passionate about performing arts. Her acting credits include a Kiwibank commercial, Mukpuddy’s “Tales of Nai Nai 2”, Warner Bros’ “The Meg” and an all-female production of “Henry V” at the Pop Up Globe.

Other memorable experiences have included being Rt Hon Jacinda Ardern’s Youth MP, ACG Senior College’s Head Prefect, a Russell McVeagh Summer Law Clerk and competing in the ICC Asia-Pacific Commercial Mediation Competition.
