Ravi Mehta

Ravi has over 17 years experience, practising corporate income tax across both Australia and New Zealand, including a role as a tax manager at SingTel Optus.   He provides assistance relating to New Zealand inbound and outbound investments, including compliance with tax, accounting and other regulatory frameworks.

In addition, Ravi has been involved with several high-profile mergers and acquisitions in Australia and New Zealand, advising on sale and purchase agreements, acquisition structures and due diligence. He enjoys the opportunity to solve problems and help his clients overcome today’s business challenges

His clients include listed companies, subsidiaries of multinationals, large private and Trans-Tasman groups.  These clients are in a diverse range of  industries, including: retail, electronics, specialised manufacturing, information communication and technology and services.
