Parmindar is a proud fourth generation Waikato Dairy Farmer, Managing Director and Organisational Development Consultant. She is currently Managing Director for B&P Singh Sekhon Ltd, Associate Director for OSPRI and a Trustee for Woodlands Trust.

Parmindar’s work takes her from the milking shed to corporate offices around NZ.  In addition to hands-on farm work over the last twenty years, Parmindar has built a career in education, organisational development, strategic thinking and planning, and leadership development.

Parmindar’s experience with working with executives in industry sectors such as Education, Commercial, Corporate, Local Government and Not for Profit enables her to move easily between the farm, setting strategy, business performance, staffing and advising on how to maiximise staff and governance engagements for organisations.  She particularly enjoys exploring and developing vision, purpose and strategy.

Parmindar offers a grass-roots understanding, supported by solid commercial business skills and strategic experience. She is committed to leading change and influencing through governance roles to generate prosperity for future generations.
