Nirav is currently working with The Fletcher Construction Company as a Cost Controller.
The Fletcher Construction Company makes up the Construction Division of Fletcher Building Limited, which is dual listed on the NZX and ASX and operates through six divisions – Building Products, Distribution, Concrete, Residential and Development, Construction, and Australia.
Nirav is a professional member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and Associations of Accounting Technicians UK. Nirav is also a certified lead auditor for quality management system (QMS) & Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and he holds six sigma green belt.
Nirav has worked on numerous infrastructure projects including the largest, most expensive and most important infrastructure development ever undertaken in New Zealand, the $ 1.4 billion Waterview connection project. Having worked on various projects with different companies in New Zealand he understands the importance of working through professional relationships, integrity, and going the extra mile.
Nirav was born in India and has been working in New Zealand since 2013. Before coming to New Zealand, Nirav has also worked as a Licensed Insurance and Mutual fund adviser with a number of multinational investment management companies in India. Nirav holds a special interest in capital markets and investment in equity.
