Ling Yan Pang

Senior Associate, Russell McVeagh

Ling Yan is a senior associate at Russell McVeagh, based in the firm’s Auckland office.  Before returning to Russell McVeagh in 2017, she worked at Linklaters LLP in London as an associate and managing associate in the structured finance group.

She specialises in debt capital markets and structured finance, in particular securitisations and covered bonds, and provides expert advice to corporates and financial institutions on financial services regulation.

Ling Yan graduated from the University of Auckland with a conjoint degree of Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Science (majoring in physics and mathematics).
