She graduated from Auckland University with a Bachelor of Commerce and Arts, majoring in Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Psychology and minoring in Mandarin. She is a currently a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Air New Zealand leading the Cabin Crew recruitment strategy across NZ, UK and Asia. She also previously managed recruitment for the Commercial and Revenue portfolio across NZ, Pacific Islands & Asia. Her drive to succeed in this field is simple – she has an unwavering passion for people.

She is also a committee member for the Air New Zealand’s young professional network with a mission to supercharge young Air New Zealanders in their professional development. She is also actively working on the Accessibility pillar of the Diversity & Inclusion initiative, which is a partnership between Air NZ and the Accessibility Tick Community, a programme that helps NZ organisations to become more accessible and inclusive of people with disabilities. Air NZ is one of the 10 organisations in NZ to be a part of this programme and she is excited to be a part of this journey. Prior to Air NZ, she worked as a Home Support Carer for seven years supporting neurodivergent individuals to achieve greater independence.

After graduation, she spent all her savings and spent 9 weeks backpacking across Europe. Being in the aviation industry now, naturally, she continues to be an avid traveller and takes every opportunity to travel to a new city and ticking it off her bucket list, so far, she’s ticked off 55 cities across 23 countries and counting. She will be adding Buenos Aires to the list next!
