Jade Leung holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology with undergraduate majors in media studies, communication and psychology.

She has over 17 years of leadership experience in all aspects of strategic human resources, organisational development and occupational health and safety; this has been gained in people dependent industries such as construction, aviation, and energy.  A key driver for Jade is to make a positive difference to business performance by proactively aligning people and business strategy to deliver value for customers.

Jade enjoys working in large, complex organisations and as Head of Human Resources Business Partnering with the largest council in Australasia, she is embracing the challenge to make Auckland a world class city.

Born in Hong Kong and raised in the UK and New Zealand, Jade has still has strong family ties to Hong Kong and Malaysia.
