Daniel Oh

Director of Finance; NZ, Fiji and French Polynesia, Accor Hotels

Daniel is a commercially driven, strategic Senior Director of Finance with experience in growing companies, new acquisitions and new infrastructure developments. Leads by collaborating with key stakeholders and cross functional teams to deliver on vision, objectives and effect positive change. Daniel is currently the Director of Finance for AccorHotels with responsibility for New Zealand, Fiji and French Polynesia.

As Director of Finance, Daniel Oh plays a critical role in AccorHotels New Zealand’s operations. Over the 15 years he has worked for the AccorHotels New Zealand Corporate team he has helped tripled the hotel network in New Zealand, Fiji and French Polynesia, increase profitability and develop a long-term strategic direction for the group. Daniel has almost 30 years’ experience in the hotel industry being responsible for the launch of a number of major hotels . He spent 11 years as the Group Financial Controller for Southern Pacific Hotels and following this, the Intercontinental Hotel Group. During this time he worked in New Zealand, Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand.  Daniel also currently sits on the board of the Tainui Auckland Airport Hotel and was previously on the board of Hamilton Riverview Hotel Limited.
