Cathy is a Hotel Management professional, currently working as the Front Office Manager at SKYCITY Hotel, Auckland.

“It’s all about the people”, she says. Having been in the industry for 10+ years, Cathy has experienced first-hand on how different hotel brands attract its client base, while managing a team of guest service superstars who look after guests’ day to day requirements of a 323-room hotel.

Cathy has previously worked for AccorHotels and InterContinental Hotels Group and is now on her 3^rd year with the unique casino property located in the heart of Auckland, New Zealand.
