The Role of Asian Leaders in NZ’s Public Sector

This inaugural session of the Wellington Chapter for NZ Asian Leaders focussed on ‘The Role of Asian Leaders in NZ’s Public Sector’.

In 2010, the SSC conducted a survey and reported that 7.4% of the Public Service Workforce were Asian and only 1.7% of those in Senior Management were Asian.This session provided the opportunity for insights to be shared on the importance of having Asian leaders contributing and participating in NZ’s public sector.
