With an aim to develop a stronger and wider network in Wellington, on Wednesday Oct 25, NZAL held a networking lunch session for its members, sponsors and supporters.
NZAL Chief Executive, Karinia Lee provided an overview of the organisation, the membership and the opportunities available to members and shared NZAL’s new branding while Sameer Handa, Deputy Chair, NZAL elaborated on plans for 2018. Leading the growth for NZAL regionally, NZAL advisory board member and CEO, Future COL, Bharat Guha spoke about his interest to grow membership throughout all regions and Zong-Pei Zhao, NZAL advisory board member, and Special Counsel, Chen Palmer talked about his focus to identify and grow the diverse talent in the public sector.
To close the formalities on behalf of Victoria University of Wellington as host of the session, NZAL established member Rebecca Needham, Director, Confucius Institute welcomed all to continue their discussions, meet new people over lunch kindly provided by Eat My Lunch.
