Compliance with the new Health and Safety Laws in culturally diverse workplaces

On behalf of New Zealand Asian Leaders, Chen Palmer and the Superdiversity Centre invited NZAL members to join for a session on “Compliance with the new Health and Safety Laws, including the challenges of migrant employees from different health and safety cultures.”
This session was facilitated by Mai Chen and included a panel of employment lawyers who specialise in health and safety (Anthony Russell, Claire English and Frances Meikleham). They answered queries and concerns from those on boards and in senior management who are “officers” under the Act.
