Membership & Payment Information

NZ Asian Leaders offers membership subscriptions to its organisation via this website. NZ Asian Leaders is a New Zealand organisation, our contact details can be found here.

Once your membership application is approved by us, your membership starts from the date of payment of applicable membership fees. Membership is offered for a 12 month period.

You may cancel your membership to our organisation at your discretion, however membership fees will only be refunded if cancellation occurs within ten working days of joining. A separate refund policy applies to payments for conferences and events and can be found below under Cancellation and Refund Policy for Events and Conferences.

Payment of membership fee’s is completed by invoice, at the discretion of NZ Asian Leaders. Our fees and transactions are displayed and billed in $NZ (New Zealand Dollars).

Any online credit card facility, is provided by Paymark DPS and is PCI-DSS compliant an operates on a HTTPS secure web server environment for your data security and protection. More information on PCI-DSS can be found on this website.

General Provisions

I accept all responsibility for my membership of NZ Asian Leaders and my use of the NZ Asian Leaders website and service. I agree to be bound by and comply with any rules or obligations imposed on me by NZ Asian Leaders.

I acknowledge that by being part of NZ Asian Leaders I have not sought, received, or relied on, legal advice.

I agree that NZ Asian Leaders accepts no liability legal or otherwise for the effect or implications of my use of the NZ Asian Leaders website.

NZ Asian Leaders attempts to ensure that the information provided on the NZ Asian Leaders website, and through the NZ Asian Leaders service is accurate and current. Despite this, NZ Asian Leaders does not accept liability for any error or omissions.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Events and Conferences

NZ Asian Leaders requires ten clear working days notice of a cancellation to allow for a refund. Unless otherwise stated a 10% administration charge will apply. If you are unable to give such notice you may arrange another person to attend in your place. Unless such notice is given, full conference fees are payable and refunds will not be given. However you can still receive the conference documentation.

NZ Asian Leaders reserves the right to add, reschedule or substitute speakers and/or vary advertised programs, prices and venues.

Should a conference or event fail to attract a required minimum number of participants we reserve the right to cancel it. We shall notify registrants of such cancellations as early as is practically possible.
