Mentoring Program

New Zealand Asian Leaders offers mentoring for its Emerging Leaders and Young Members. Based on the member’s request, a suitable experienced professional is matched post which begins an informal mentoring relationship.

The mentor will provide guidance to the mentee based on previous discussion with the mentee, NZAL team and mentor – to facilitate professional growth, industry specific issues, career advice, competencies required and upskilling advice and/or any other topic as mutually agreed by the mentor and the mentee at the start of the relationship.
