As an ICC Accredited Executive Coach Sandy’s coaching interest is around leadership capability and growth. With a strong interest and belief in the importance of diversity in leadership, from 2014 I joined Global Women, an organization committed to making gender diversity in leadership a competitive advantage for NZ Inc, as their Director of Leadership Development.
Sandy has leadership experience at both senior executive and board level and enjoy a specialty in creative brand development, marketing strategy, strategic research as well as leadership development.
One of Sandy’s core beliefs is that when you get clear on “who you are” and live and lead in alignment to a clear purpose and value set, you are more likely to engage, inspire and innovate in the workplace.
